The Jalisco highlands of western Mexico are defined by their high elevation, cool climate, and mineral-rich volcanic "tierra roja” soil that gives rise to a sweeter, more distinctive agave base. All of Riazul's premium tequilas are made from 100% blue agave, and are harvested from the highest-quality agave, crafted by agave and tequila experts, and aged to perfection.
